Coming from a desire of finding her own expression, Radhika always sought a medium that conveys thoughts, feelings, moments in a unique way.
While she was studying German language as her bachelor degree, she got introduced to the World of Cinema through film festivals.

"I think this is my cup of tea" thought Radhika,
and pursued her career in the audio visual medium while studying German at the age of 19.

Working as an assistant director while being in college felt empowering to her. She continued mastering the work of AD till 2014 through shows, feature and ad films. She also directed 3 short films during her learning phase, after all becoming a director was one of her dream.

Radhika moved to Mumbai to dive into the sea of film-making in 2014 where she also found film editing appealing.
And that is how Radhika's editing journey began in 2014 December.

While being a self taught editor and assisting some brilliant people, she never forgot to develop her own style and add her own flavour to the work.
Radhika believes in practicing ethics and mastering her craft in every project and generally in life. 

Radhika is currently working full time as a film editor and part-time as a writer-director, where she is working on a couple of concepts, and also hoping to see them on a big screen someday.

"Film-making is a process of a constant self reflection & being intimate with one's own expression, where evolving is the only way to move forward" says Radhika.
